The 66 Galen Clean Energy Project The Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) program has incentivized residential and community solar projects. Davis and Boston Development Group (BDG) leveraged the benefits of this program and collaborated with Catalyze to develop rooftop solar and storage project at 66 Galen Street, a purpose-built Class A life science building.

66 Galen Street is a LEED Gold-certified 224,106 square-foot building featuring cutting-edge design and renewable features, including EV charging stations.
