What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field highly preferred. Engineering or conventional energy exposure a plus
- 3+ years of experience in an asset management role
- 2+ years of experience in renewable energy preferred
- Strong understanding and application of accounting principles, financial modeling, and projections, including different financial evaluation methods related to valuation and performance of renewable projects (such as IRRs, NPVs, WACCs, etc.)

- Guide projects through the interconnection process, working with engineers, utilities, and Authority-Having-Jurisdictions (AHJs)
- Ensure projects obtain site control and project clear title review

What You Bring to the Team:

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to keep projects on schedule and on budget through activities, such as but not limited to, monitoring site safety implementation, performing project layouts, analyzing daily material requirements, maintaining daily progress goals, monitoring installation quality, and communicating status to management.

You Will:
● Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, terms and conditions, and relevant building codes to determine project requirements
● Function as the primary on-site leader and manage execution teams, including all subcontractors, on assigned projects
● Evaluate the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes
● Assist in the development and execution of project schedules and proactively address potential problems
● Conduct pre-mobilization work to include assisting in the development of the: safety plan, construction schedule, logistic plan, BOS take off and staffing assessment
● Ensure subcontractors understand expectations of the project with focus on minimizing change orders
● Ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements
● Ensure safety per OSHA guidelines and quality control across all aspects of the project
● Attend job safety “tailgate meetings,” plan of the day, and weekly progress meetings as required
● Manage risks and establish project recovery plans when required
● Resolve disputes with minimal need for escalation
● Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials to the project jobsite
● Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes, and installation techniques
● Participate in job site final walk-thru and manage the completion of all closeout documentation such as As-Built drawings, system operating instructions, and all project records
● Manage and develop a viable long-term relationship with customers, consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors
● Effectively communicate project progress and issues to management as required

What You Bring to the Team:
● 5+ years previous experience in project management and/or construction operations
● Proficiency in PROCORE construction management software
● Journeyman electrical level experience preferred
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar) preferred

We are seeking a Real Estate Counsel to drive the rapid expansion of Catalyze’s nationwide portfolio of renewable energy projects.
You Are:

You Will:
- Work closely with the distributed renewable energy project development team on project strategy, contracting and project acquisition
- Review, draft and negotiate leases, easements, option agreements, purchase agreements and other project site control documents, and administer site control documents during project development, construction and/or operation
- Review title commitments, title proformas, title policies and surveys and provide analyses, support and supervision for title curative work required in connection with project development, finance, construction and/or operation
- Provide real estate support for project finance and M&A transactions, including conducting and responding to due diligence inquiries and drafting, reviewing and managing real estate closing deliverables
- Provide general real estate legal support to the project development team for all aspects of project development, including permitting, interconnection and offtake opportunities
- Conduct due diligence (research, obtain, compile, prepare, produce and/or review documents, data, permits, environmental, and other real estate-based information), including title documents and/or analysis of UCC searches for project acquisition
- Identify, resolve, and document process roadblocks for project acquisition
- Work cross-functionally, communicate clearly with business teams, and take deals across the finish line while minimizing legal risk
- Manage multiple existing contracts during the project development cycle
- Provide other legal support as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
- Juris Doctorate plus Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing
- 3+ years of legal work experience in commercial real estate required; in-house experience a plus
- Renewable energy industry experience preferred
- Strong fact-finding, drafting, negotiating, writing and research skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and accountability

You Bring to the Team:

We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager with expertise in the commercial real estate and renewable energy industries to connect with key business executives and stakeholders; develop long-term, collaborative relationships with prospects and clients; oversee a portfolio of clients; develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities; and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the client experience.

You Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients based on integrity, trust, respect, and collaboration
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Identify, grow, and close opportunities with new and existing clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and articulate product value
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience
- Drive the negotiation of contracts and agreements to optimize strategic objectives and profit
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to onboard and integrate new clients
- Forecast and track key account metrics in Catalyze’s proprietary Salesforce-based platform
- Prepare reports on account status; clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
- Update industry and job knowledge, and identify and track industry trends by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations; and maintaining personal networks
What You Bring to Catalyze:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related field highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales and/or account management
- 3+ years of experience selling to or for commercial real estate owners highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, solar highly preferred
- Professional sales training (Sandler Sales Institute, Dale Carnegie, or similar) a plus
- Demonstrated ability to credibly and effectively communicate with, present to, and influence all organizational levels, including executives and C-level
- Experience identifying and delivering client-focused solutions
- Exceptional time and project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously while paying keen attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides) as well as CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to shape, coordinate, and drive the user experience of the Catalyze software platform.
You Are:

You Will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows, including those related to financial analysis, real estate, and construction

- Understand and apply the company’s Marketing branding standards
- Partner with Product Managers and Team Leads to help design the overall functionality of the product and improve upon it in accordance with user-testing
- Perform usability analysis of existing apps and provide critical feedback and recommendations to inform future development work
You Bring to the Team:
- 3+ year experience with designing UI, with at least some of that experience in Salesforce
- Demonstrated success working on projects that center around communication/workflow transition between multiple teams
- Strong writing and communication skills, particularly the ability to clearly describe UI/UX solutions to various stakeholder groups
- Ability to prioritize based on business priorities and user impact, even if it takes multiple iterations of design
- Experience working within an environment of shifting priorities
- Experience in the renewable industry preferred

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to facilitate the company's success by maintaining warehouse stock levels and shipping and receiving product, all while ensuring a clean and well maintained environment for everyone.

You Will:
- Ensure order fulfillment and storage by supporting warehouse operations
- Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data related to shipping activities
- Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped
- Wrap and pack all jobs according to shipping documents
- Perform inventory of materials as needed
- Regularly maintain all material handling equipment
- Perform general activities in the warehouse: loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products and materials manually and using material handling equipment
- Operate a forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack (manual and powered)
- Continuously stand and walk for extended periods while performing physical work on a regular basis
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, construction, architecture, or engineering preferred.
- Must have a “Safety First” mentality; must be able to follow basic safety procedures and protocols
- Experience with Inventory management, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer preferred
- Effective communication, organizational, time management is required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Forklift OSHA certification is preferred
