66 Galen Street, located in Watertown, Massachusetts, is a 224,106 square-foot Class A life science building featuring modern, purpose-built offices and laboratories. The LEED Gold certified facility draws power from its 252 kWdc solar and 125 kW storage system, and also boasts a series of EV charging stations featuring 15 ports.

The first site is a 6.63 MWdc community solar project with Finger Lakes Health as the anchor commercial utility off-taker. The second 6.06 MWdc site will offer remote net crediting, providing an additional opportunity for the off-takers.

Jewish Community Center (JCC)

The rooftop community solar array will provide clean energy to surrounding residents and businesses along with the opportunity to save an estimated 10% of their electricity bills. JCC of Harrison benefits from annual lease income in exchange for renting their rooftop space to host the solar energy system. JCC of Harrison will receive approximately $405,000 in rental payments over the 30-year lease term.

Blackstone Community Solar

Costco Lancaster

This rooftop using PermaCity patented brackets for standing seam roofs was Southern California Edison (SCE) solar success story because it reduced load to zero when audited by SCE.  System design produced 60% more power because of the design’s shaded roof and reduced HVAC and refrigeration loads.

Forever21 Headquarters

The Forever21 HQ project set a number of records upon completion: it ranks as the largest solar roof project in Los Angeles County, the first site to have Net Energy Meter and FiT on the same site, and the largest solar-powered company headquarters. The 5.1 MW project offsets 100% of building consumption and is compliant with LA DWP regulations.

Costco Mira Loma

Damco

The first large commercial solar project in Southgate, CA, Damco was built on an industrial metal seam roof, which required additional engineering for a custom racking design. The final design not only enabled solar installation, but also considerably increased strength on the roof surface.

Anheuser Busch

USPS Downtown LA

The 13 MW system installed on the federal US Postal Service distribution center using SolarStrap® technology involved 35,000 solar panels over 23 acres, making it the largest installation generating electricity through solar energy in L.A. at the time of completion. This project is expected to earn the USPS over $10 million in combined lease revenue and electricity savings.

Los Angeles Convention Center

At the time of project completion, the Los Angeles Convention Center was the largest solar-powered convention center in the nation and tipped the rankings to make L.A. the largest solar-powered city. The non-ballasted and non-penetrating SolarStrap® technology enabled the project to move forward on a public facility and reduced expenses by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Pepsi Bottling

BigBear, Lineage Logistics

Xebec Prairie

This project leveraged the patented SolarStrap® technology to install a 2.2 MW project on an Amazon distribution warehouse. Westmont

At the time of installation, the Westmont project was the largest solar roof complex at 16.4 MW, spanning four structures, and remains among the largest years later. The system created 500 local jobs and generated an estimated 565 million KW during its first 20 years, mitigating emissions equivalent to 5,000 homes or 6,000 cars off the road.
